I think the WW find a way in through those super secret passages that we’ve heard about throughout the show.

That's what I'm assuming too. They get in the crypts as sort of a sneak attack strategy. As much as I've talked about that theory and as cool as it would be to see some Starks reanimated, I'm hoping the coming episodes have as few crossover elements with The Walking Dead as possible (a la someone seeing someone they know as a zombie and freaking out/being unable to "kill" them).

Edit: And if the "theory" is correct that The Night King is a Stark from long ago, he might have known about the hidden passage anyway.

 

Isn't Tyrion going to be down there? I may be wrong but wasn't there was a big conversation where Daenerys specifically wanted him down there as she needs his mind to survive. Not sure if I heard this wrong or forgot another conversation where he changed his mind.

 

I’m with you. I feel like that would make for a very “oh shit” moment with him finding his way into the crypts.

We can at least assume (obviously) the AOTD eventually breach Winterfell. We have Arya scared shitless and hurt running from something in the trailers.

Maybe she's running from Gendry, who is looking for a relationship

 

I could see that conversation coming full circle where Tyrion's strategy helps the survivors somehow escape the crypts/Winterfell.

 

We can only hope he runs into the Hound then.

 

The little girl with scars (was it Grayscale or just from a fire?) made me tear up, I loved Gilly there convincing her to stay in the crypts

 

Yeah I forgot about that. His convo at the slumber party made me forget and assume he was going out there.

 

I'll tell you what's gonna happen.

The NK will raise all the dead in the crypts, including Catelyn Stark, who will finally be resurrected as Lady Stoneheart and will join the fight against the NK

 

I’ll take seeing one dead Hodor in the godswood killing Theon.

 

Tyrion dying next week would be this show’s equivalent of Omar getting killed. He makes it so close to the end just to trip at the finish line

 

I think it was just some kind of scarring to remind him on Shireen. I don’t think it looked exactly like Shireen’s face so it may not have been grayscale but I could be wrong.
