I just hope when they start killing people that we don't linger for minutes on someone's death. Once they bite the dust move on with it.
Ugh I literally can't take any days because I need to save them. These next 4 mondays are going to be ROUGH. Especially this one coming up.
Unpopular opinion probably, but the kids in this are insufferable. I cringe any time Lyanna Mormont comes on screen, really takes me out of the moment. It was a good moment initially when she spoke up in the meeting, but every time since then has just been too much and felt a little bit fan service-y.
Yes and No - there are some folks more than others who deserve more than a stab to the heart and a quick change of scenes haha
I feel like I'll be pretty upset if Jorah just gets stabbed and they're like "welp, burn the bastard real quick"
I hope 45 of the 82 minutes are long shots of all the major character deaths happening in slow-motion. Have to earn that extra long runtime.
Nothing against the actors at all. It's the characters/ writing for the characters that I'm meaning. The child actors, main cast and supporting cast, have always been quite good. But the writing of "this young girl is a badass and says what she wants" got real old, real fast. It's a real minor thing in an otherwise excellent episode, it's true.
I have never understood the concept of watching a show every week (especially all the way to the final season) trying to find all the things you want to complain about without even remotely trying to watch in an optimistic or enjoyable manner. It's like clear signs of FOMO because the show is so popular and interesting to everyone but it actually doesn't interest you at all.
I've run into a few people like that. Claiming that now it's a cliche fantasy show and not the same as it was. NO SHIT IT'S NOT THE SAME! THE STAKES ARE DIFFERENT! TIME HAS PASSED!
Yeah i straight up murder you if that happens. Dead ass, no more Dinosaur Dish. Here's the proof. I did it. Come get me. No regrets.
So um, what happened to Melisandre? I know she was banished, but she's probably not dead. Does anyone think she'll come back at some point, or is her storyline over?
She went to Volantis. I theorized last night taht she may be the dues ex machina next week, showing up with the full strength of the R'hllor temple
Yeah I feel like Melisandre has to come back to represent the Lord of Light’s interests. Considering the prophecy and all.
