Knowing thanos' motivation makes him a worse character in my opinion. Keep the night king vague and mysterious.

 

I completely disagree about that. Thanos IS an interesting villain because of his motivations.

Tho NK doesn’t need a whole story arc.

 

This isn’t really foreshadowing as much as it is simply showing Jon knowing that the whole issue of kings and servitude are not going to fly with the wildlings

 

Ep 2 better bring the noise
