I forgot to set my alarm and luckily just woke up on the dot when I typically do for work, so my whole morning has been a bit tilt-shifted.

 

It’s cool. I got up super early for work and still got to work late because I didn’t want to get out of bed

 

i watched it Sunday then, my days literally blur together

 

Where did we leave the Hound? I just finished season 2 and I'm wondering if he'll have a scene with Sansa.

 

It's really easy to miss (I think I caught it on my second time through).

The whole situation at the beginning is so confusing to begin with because they've led you to believe Cersei/the Lannisters are really responsible for everything....but it turns out, Littlefinger actually just got really damn lucky that Bran caught them and got pushed out of the window. He basically set everything in motion between the Starks and Lannisters, but that really sealed it for him.

 

He is presumably traveling back North from KL/Dragonstone with everyone else, so we should/hopefully will get scenes with him/Sansa and him/Arya

trying to keep my gf away from spoilers is is more stressful than the show itself. we were at fye this weekend looking at Pops and there was one with Night King riding Viserion and i was like “DONT LOOK, LEAVE THIS PLACE”. then while we were watching on Hulu last night a “Binge the Game” ad came on and and we muted the TV and had her look away

we are doing over a season a week so she just needs to make it like two and a half more weeks lol

 

The fact that I gave up on avoiding spoilers years ago has made my watch much less stressful. There are certain shows I still try to avoid learning about if I’m behind, but this one was way too much effort.

Not sure if I’ll make it to the end before the premiere, but I should be there soon after.

 

ok I've waited way too long for a rewatch of last season, I need to get serious here pretty quickly

 

I couldn't imagine trying to start a rewatch now lol, I finished mine in January.

 

I've been doing one episode a day for my rewatch. Watched 6.03 today and should wrap up a few days before the premiere.

 

I did a full rewatch before the beginning of last season (and got through it way quicker than I'm proud of). rewatched S7 a few weeks ago now watching random episodes to hype for S8. Might fuck around and watch Hardhome again for like the 10th time

 

Yeah we did the re-watch over Christmas break that HBO does every year.

Honestly even after the show ends they should just make that shit tradition. The week after Christmas is GOT marathon week, from this day, until our last day.

That reminds me of my most insane binge I ever did which was all of The X-Files and the two movies in about two months. This was before the revival of it recently, but I had pretty much no extra money and loads of time, so I was able to watch 3-4 episodes every day.

 

I cant handle a full re-watch, just doing last season for now lol. Maybe toss in Hardhome and BoB for good measure.

 

Got HBO! Excited to watch this show legally for the first time ahaha

 

The RS article was great, interesting piece when Sophie says her wrap gift from Weiss/Benioff was a framed story board of "Sansas final scene in the show" because its their favorite scene of hers. I am intriiigueddd.
