Went to a comedy club tonight and Ben Compton (plays Ed in the show) was doing 5 minutes in the middle. Could tell he was super nervous, but grew into it and did a decent bit of material at the end about cities and accents.

Seemed like a nice guy, really good sense of humour.

 

His videos are seriously so good

 

So no leak this week, huh? We're all going into this together?

 

Script/story got leaked I think but no episode.

 

Happy with no leak, last week was torture in here haha.

 

So what do people have predictions wise for tonight?

- Will we see the new wight/zombie dragon in action or will that be something for next season?
- How will the meeting/parlay go with Cersei?
- What kind of outcome do we see from Jamie + Bronn vs. Unsullied and Dothraki?
- Will we see Euron again? What will happen to Theon seeing as he looks to be pretty fucked up on a beach in the teaser?
- Will Jon's parentage be completely unveiled/confirmed to the world of the show?
- Will Jon and Dany get romantically involved or step back because of it?

 

My predictions are at the very least, They agree to an armistice but Cersei and Jaime will have a falling out or disagreement, or she totally fakes it and sneak attacks. I don't think I even know where Euron is atm. Idk if Jon finds out, but i'm willing to bet it is at the very least confirmed finally by somebody. Jon is definitely gonna make a move on "Dany."

 

They've dragged Jon's parentage out too long, I'm guessing that gets some reveal. There is no way LF lives past this episode, only way for the Arya/Sansa thing to resolve. Cersei gonna fuck that whole meeting up somehow. The army of the dead gets past the wall, possibly taking it down somehow.

I'd like to see Euron get killed cause I think his character is dumb, but I know that prob means we'll get like half of S8 just full of him

 

The finale is titled "The Dragon and the Wolf" so I'd imagine Jon's parentage is revealed, especially since Bran is in this episode.

 

Jon's parentage, Littlefinger dying, Cersei probably on some dumb shit, some bangin, Theon, wall comes down

 

I've been trying to figure out why Theon is collapsing on the beach in the previews...I wonder if we find out before or after the big meeting that Yara has been killed.

I'm also on the "Littlefinger dies" train but I have no idea how. Arya doing it discreetly seems like it would create a lot of trouble...

Wight dragon will come into play somehow...either freezing the water at Eastwacth to go around the wall, or bringing the wall down itself somehow. If the wall does come down I hope Edd doesn't die :(

Jons parentage is def getting revealed...but with Jon not in Winterfell I'm guessing everyone finds out but Jon.

I'm curious to see Arya and Sanaa's reaction to that news

I agree with a lot of predictions.

I think this is the episode where Littlefinger will die. I think Sansa will make the call too. She's been through so much and the idea has been rightfully empowering her character, it would be too weird for this sister-feud to go down by being outsmarted by a male she is constantly saying she doesn't trust anyways from episode-to-episode. Maybe Arya is the one to do it now Brienne has gone to the parlay.

Jon and Dany defo get it on regardless of what's revealed.

Wight dragon fucks the wall somehow leading the way for next season to be all about that colossal showdown.

Cersei agrees to help after seeing the captured wight, but doesn't keep her word/is shady as fuck about it. This annoys Jaime and maybe sparks end of their relationship/he ends up siding with Tyrion and the others.

Tormund sees Brienne for some comic relief in a hefty episode.

I'm curious to see what we've got brewing Essos too. I don't know if we get to that this year though.

Has sansa still not said the "the lone wolf dies but the pack survives" line from the trailer? I'd been lowkey hoping that line was aimed at LF/his downfall and would be used right before he dies, so it's either now or never for that personal theory.

 

What's brewing in Essos? Or do you just mean the golden company?

 

Entire episode is just going to be The Mountain and The Hound staring at each other. Then as they start to move toward each other roll credits.
