The Starks are REALLY bad at communicating. Like, really, REALLY bad. I guess that does sort of track, though. Ned never knew when to talk or when to shut up. Never told anyone about Jon's parentage, either. Robb and Cat never could properly communicate the proper things to one another. Only one of them who ever really was good at chatting was Rickon, now that I think about it. What a shame none of his family members ever communicated to him that he shouldn't run in a straight line if someone is shooting an arrow at you

 

Is it possible for the Night King to be some long lost Targ? Someone who wandered too far away from Valyria or something and got lost?

This somehow made me sadder than most of the character deaths in the show. Drogon and Rhaegal's screams, Rhaegal diving after Viserion as he fell, the fire and blood and how brutal it was, Dany watching it happen. Stupid CGI dragon!

Didn't think so. I suppose you don't need to be a Targ to ride a dragon you reanimated yourself.

 

Also seriously nitpicking at this point but why didn't the Night King just throw the his spear at Drogon who was just sitting still, much closer, with all the people on it instead of going for the smaller dragon that was flying through the air. Obviously they wouldn't kill Drogon because he's the main one but still...

 

Hopefully Bran can Warg a dead dragon.

 

That was one of the most ridiculous examples of how goofy this show has gotten. In most of the shots (not all), they led you to believe the seven main characters went out by themselves. Then when they needed someone to die, a rando would pop out of thin air.

I still enjoy the hell out of this show but I just can't help but notice how many of these bad cliches pop up now.

 

It wouldn't have had the same effect. His end game was getting a dragon. If he attacked Dany, the dragons would attack him.

 

I don't know if I was interpreting the scene right, but it looked to me like he was waiting for Viserion to breathe fire so that the fire would rip open the throat wound even more and guarentee it was a kill shot

 

So the three headed dragon is Dany, Jon, and...The Night King?

Not sure who you're speaking to, or how that is relevant. I enjoy the show and books very much. Doesn't mean I have to approve every decision they make and can't comment on how sloppily they execute it.

 

I've never watched a single episode of Lost

 

The episode was fine, I enjoyed it. But if you're that nitpicky, tell me all you would do to make it better.
