we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

I don't see it happening either. I hope it doesn't.

Be kind; everyone is on their own journey.

Any theories out there about Jorah finding Dany and being in a rage that she and John are falling for one another?

Jorah's more resigned to his unrequited love than angry about the men in Dany's life.

Ser Blondie McFriendzone meeting the King in the North could lead to an interesting reunion with his family...who probably don't remember him.

If Khal Drogo and Daario didn't cause him to go into a fit of rage, the weakest of he trio surely isn't going to.

I want a scene of Lyanna and Jorah though.

If anything Jorah will be grateful that Jon sent Sam to Oldtown.

Who would win in a fight? Drogo or Daario.

    The audience.

  10. I doubt she "remembers" him due to her age, but I'm sure she's aware of the existence of her outcast cousin. I'm sure some of her more senior advisors knew him well.

I'm just not sure what, exactly, that'd give us. Nothing in Jorah's story suggests he needs a reunion with his family, and nothing about House Mormot suggests they need his return. I'd rather what limited showtime we have left be spent on tying up all these loose ends and begging questions, instead of non-essential warm-fuzzy scenes.

It wouldn't be warm and fuzzy. I didn't mean a scene like just those two. Just some sort of acknowledgement when they inevitably share screentime.

I doubt jorah would have a problem with the guy who saved his father once and holds his family's ancestral sword

Kinda going back to what was said the other day, this show has widely been about the legitimization of bastards, women, and outcasts. Jorah fits in that narrative in some way. And considering who he's been to Dany throughout the narrative, she could reward him in a major way--though, she's not going to take away the North from the Starks because of Jon. But the Vale no longer has an Arryn and until Gendry shows up, the Stormlands no longer have a Baratheon, the Reach no longer has a Tyrell...etc.

Jorah isn't leaving her side, yo. His big reward is Captain of the Queensguard.

Really? I guess I can't keep track of each fallen Robin.

  17. I think his big reward is sacrificing himself for her in some way. His character arc is pretty much completed in my mind.

It'd be very Martinesque for him to be healed from greyscale only to die protecting her shortly after.

If he died from greyscale he wouldn't be able to die protecting her.

I keep forgetting he actually hasn't died yet. My bad. In the books he's super sickly and about to die at any moment, so I think I was thinking of that.

  21. I wish they'd portrayed him that way in the show. Instead, my best guess is that they're trying to imply that he's on the spectrum? That's what I take away from his characters mannerisms and behavior.

Yeah if Jorah lives until the end and Dany is on the throne, he is insta-lord commander of the Queens Guard.
