I think it he was just creeped out by him and the fact he said he loves Sansa just like he loved their mother was the breaking point. And I'm sure he hasn't forgotten that he handed Sansa over to Ramsey on a silver platter.

He references shireen being cured at dragonstone at too, where they have "a mountain of dragon glass." I assume he wouldn't have mentioned shireen at all if that wasn't significant

I wonder if Jorah will return to Dany by the end of the season as well. Should be interesting to see how that goes.

Also if we're ranking best "fighters":

    1 - Jon Snow
    2 - Brienne
    3 - Bronn
    4 - The Hound
    5 - Tormund

I hated that as well. And how they sped up the action to make the whole scene feel more choatic. Felt like really cheap action, something I would see if I was watching Transformers 13 (or whatever one they're on now).

Brienne would 100 percent beat Jon one on one.

Jon is fine and I'm rooting for him but he got his ass kicked by Ramsey Bolton and had to be bailed out by Littlefinger like three episodes so

I 2nd this complaint about the fast editing...it was very Zack Snyder. I don't think previous action scenes in this show have been edited like that.

Another great episode. The battle that closed it off felt markedly more action movie to me, both in the way it was filmed and the way it was choreographed. It didn't feel very Game of Thrones-y to me, but I'm not really complaining because I enjoyed the hell out of it.

He fought in a battle with the numbers against him, wooped ass until being cornered, and then pummeled Ramsey....

Also, he killed Thenn and a White Walker. Him and Brienne are a close match if anything. They should make a GoT fighting game, I would buy.

I think this may be one of the weakest episodes the show has ever put out. I absolutely hated that last battle scene. It was cringe worthy on it's level of corn and I could not stand how it was filmed. It was one of the fakest looking scenes on the show yet, and the editing was so choppy and jarring for the fighting that it was just absolutely awful in my opinion. Euron is the worst character to happen to the show. He is so out of place in that intro when he came down to the ship had me laughing out loud. It was just too much.

Also, there was far too much exposition explaining things we already know, the sex scenes seemed out of place and unnecessary this week, and I don't understand why Sam was so willing to help despite the risk. I mean I know why, because they explained it, but I just don't buy it and see it within his character.

While a lot happened, and I enjoy the general direction it's going, I thought this was a horribly executed episode.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat (get it...) I really enjoyed the whole sequence and the ending, but I always get a little annoyed at those movie battle cliches. Like when it's really chaotic and no one can see anything....but then the main characters can stand perfectly still and look off into the distance and no one comes after them.

I couldn't agree more. I like the direction the show seems to be heading, but this was one of the worst episodes yet. I'm hopeful next week will be very different. The directing was not good.

The directing abused the clever scene transitions and Cogman is probably the worst writer on staff.

I agree Euron is the weakest part of the show by a good margin, but I also don't see him even making it to the season finale.

I do agree with the criticism about Euron's boarding of the ship. That was comical. But the rest of the battle scene was largely tense and effective imo.

It was closer to bad than phenomenal. The directing wasn't very good at all.

Episode wasn't bad but it's probably on the bottom tier.
