- i still mostly like tyrion, he has a lot of the best scenes in the show and has some great lines - i hate cersei - i like daenerys - ergh @ jorah - ramsay is disgusting - speaking of which, i feel sorry for theon :/ it's so hard watching him - red wedding episode was brutal...i'm sad for the starks. - i really didn't want oberyn to die and i hated watching that scene - i'm glad joffrey is gone, he was a terrible person, it wasn't fun watching him - brienne of tarth and arya stark are badasses. hahaha. feminist icons right there. - i just read about margaery's death, sigh i didn't mean to. i just wanted to know how to spell her name hahaha. i didn't feel particularly about her one way or another, i felt like she was just kinda there. also i think natalie dormer is a cutie, idk bout y'all. - the cersei/jamie thing needs to stop - i mostly enjoy the show. the violence is too much for me sometimes. and i get upset at certain things. but there are a lot of interesting characters with good development and i don't feel like a lot of these things happen "for no reason" or for "shock value", this is a brutal show which revolves around war and conflict and the way it deals with that is complicated which i appreciate. some of the best scenes are just dialogue and that is part of what makes a good show worth watching.
The only stuff that made me cringe on this show was the stuff with Ramsay and Theon. Other than that, I didn't find any of the violence too bad. Regarding Brienne, you can tell she pulls some real life experiences when acting. You know, being a big woman and picked on by the boys both in real life and in the show. I'm assuming, but it would make sense.

They're literally making us watch a block of ice melt. At least they're occasionally shooting fire at it to speed up the process lol.
Watching season 5 rn. I love Brienne so fucking much, esp when she gets snappy. Hahahaha. "I'm not a Knight. That means you're not a Squire." "I don't care, I'm not your Mother." "I found Arya. She didn't want my protection." "Will you shut your mouth? I didn't ask for your advice."
Even though there is nothing new except one new line of dialogue, this is an awesome teaser. (@lightning13 I wouldn't watch until you're caught up because there is dialogue and imagery of plot points from season 6)
Not to mention that line of dialogue is probably the biggest "OMG holy shit finally" moment since the series began. Also, Kit Harrington said in a recent interview that the new season will break boundaries...so there's that.
The season is going to fly by, but I have no doubt each episode is going to kill it since it won't be stretched out into 10 and 10. This show is pretty good about these kinds of decisions so I trust them if 13 episodes are all that they think they need.
