Only four songs in, this is hooking me more than the self-titled, and I already liked that album a lot. Lookin Exotic is damn good.

 

You guys weren't kidding about the hooks

I really couldn't imagine this before listening, but now I totally understand.

Really great album, exactly what I was hoping for.

That depends on your definition of banger

 

This is fantastic. Two great albums in two weeks.

 

Less singing. More rowdy. Saying that, I don't know what a typical Future album/tape is like, so I don't know what his norm is. I've only listened to the ST.

 

"Incredible" is... well, you know.

I can't wait to hear this after work. Gonna be my weekend soundtrack.

I've only listened to the first two songs so far and I already like this album more than the self-titled. The Weeknd's feature doesn't disappoint.

 

Short answer. Yes. But this album is still fantastic.

I think I personally prefer s/t more, just because I too am more into "bangers" than R&B, but there's no denying how good HNDRXX is. Also, I've only listened to HNDRXX once through so far, so maybe my opinion will change. Definitely the more ambitious of the two records though. More varied overall and the production is top notch.

 

I have never really gotten into future (fight me! Kidding) but HNDRXX has been a great listen the first half through so far. But I'm also a fan of the more r&b vibe too.

"Selfish" is going to be huge.
