That is a big get for me, since they don’t tour. They played Philly once last year when I was in Disney world

1/5 for today's announcements. Almost sure I'm not going but let's see tomorrow.

I’m 10 out of the 25 so far, so I mean even if I like 25 of the next 65 then I feel like 35 bands plus the preshow, after shows etc will be worth the money I spend.

i’m 15/25, but i just don’t know the majority of the ones im not into. and i kinda roll my eyes about anberlin with stephen because i kinda wanted to see what the fuss was about with matty, and i’d never pay actual money to see them with matty. also, that band is so weird- either you’re in or you’re out, why you gotta come back randomly???

His speech at 2023 FF before everyone realized he was leaving Anberlin full time made today’s announcement make sense to me.

I am extremely curious about the lineup. I’m currently on a hard definitely not going based on these 25. But a good 15-20 bands could change that in a second.

Yeah I really feel like these teaser bands didn’t move the needle at all.

I'd be curious to know what people were expecting, cuz if this is a quarter of the lineup, I'd say it's pretty good so far

I think because last years preview bands were def upper echelon, I think it built for a certain expectation. They confirmed in the community that no stage headliner on any day has been announced yet.

I think it's a great line-up for a lot of people, and with 65 more bands to be announced, it could include me come this afternoon. But of the album plays, I don't care about Zao, that's my least favorite Norma Jean album, and I've already seen every song on that Anberlin album (though, with Stephen it is 100% more enticing than the version with Matty I skipped). Of the reunions, I'm not a Tony Danza, FFTL, or TITR fan so none of that moved the needle. I've seen Drain and Johnny Booth, and would watch again if nothing else going on, but again didn't really move the needle.

All that to say, but if The Chariot is announced I'm there. They won't be. But.

I've been requesting SLS for years for this, so of course they're booked the one year there's single digits bands total, across the whole weekend, I would want to see.

Booking Saves The Day and Say Anything are certainly choices.

I am legit bummed out. JEW and SLS were dream wishes, but otherwise, this is a lineup designed for this community to a T, but not for me. 1 out of 5 years being a miss line-up wise is still a great rate, though. Still nothing but love for this fest.

I feel the exact same. I've been the last 4 years but probably not this year. There's a handful of bands I'd want to see but I've already seen all but 2 of them, many at this festival in years past. Not enough nostalgic post-hardcore for me, but I'm and old man and I recognize that.

    right???
upon second look: kinda think saturday sucks but feel like friday and sunday are gonna be full of difficult decisions for me. i feel like they did this same sort of thing last year where saturday was a bit of a bland day while the other two days were stacked. wonder who the last artist is that isn’t visible on the poster!
