my old knees in the middle of marathon training will 100% be standing at the back so I imagine moving between stages will be easier without crowd mazing

Losing Copeland on Sunday has reduced my only ones to Showbread/Anthony Green/ABR, so depending on how I feel I may even skip the whole day to not get home too late.

Working around these, who should I not miss? There’s a few here and there I would check out if I wasn’t getting like five minute of/huge time overlaps with all-time faves.

I would say Friday you have a gap that aligns perfectly with either Terror or 18Visions. Both great bands IMO. I have just seen terror a bunch live in the past so personally I’m going 18V. Saturday that hour between 6:05 and 7:05 looks like a match made in heaven to check out some of the Bled’s set! Have a blast man. I know I’m super excited to see some of these rare bands.

 

Thanks! I was definitely planning on watching The Bled after grabbing dinner, but hadn't really figured anything else out. So many legends playing the line-up that it's hard to squeeze them all in.

 

Some absolutely insane conflicts for me on this, especially Friday evening. Terror/18V conflict sucks, ETID/FATA conflict sucks, With Honor/Thursday/Zao conflict sucks, WoJ/Converge/Underoath conflict sucks, Darkest Hour/Showbread conflict sucks, Turnstile/Unearth conflict sucks. I think I've pretty much figured out what I'm going to do though (besides somehow finding time to eat)
Pretty much just tried to prioritize bands that I haven't seen before. Luckily I'm seeing TBS and Thursday this Friday so I don't feel as bad about probably missing majority of both of their sets.

Also really interested to see if after-shows are going to happen.

A lot of these conflicts really have me bummed out. The one I am the most conflicted on is Underoath and Converge. I am probably just going to see Converge's full set and then catch the end of Underoath. I also want to see all three closing bands on Saturday. I think I am leaning towards Further Seems Forever's full set because I have a ticket to see Glassjaw in March and don't really care for Taking Back Sunday's last few albums.

 

Yeah I really wanted to watch all of Underoath, but I haven't seen Converge since 2012 and they're one of my favorite bands so I'm definitely watching their whole set.

 

We should def do a chorus.fm meet!

 

2005 me would choose underoath, but I've seen them several time and I've never seen converge but it's still so rough

 

Also, I know @OneWing mentioned it but can we talk about the Appleseed cast vs shai hulud vs cartel? that's fucked up
