The thing I don’t understand is why they limit the number they make. It’s obvious people wanted them and if they made ~3000 more of each, then that’s 3000 more they would have sold. I get wanting some exclusivity, but at this point they’re only making people angry and driving up the price for resellers. Also it was really stupid of them to release theirs before the shared retailers. Let people get theirs from Target and Hot Topic so they aren’t also on your site when the time comes. That’s how most of their other cons have been and it’s been a little better at least.
The Funko App is a good resource. You can track your collection on it, with values from Pop Price Guide, and create a wishlist as well. It has all the Pops! ever made on it so you can search and generate a list pretty easily based on the theme and the type of figure.
My main gripe is that they make them limited and then they let people buy 5 per person and they put them on sale without actually announcing they are on sale.
I wanted black lighting had in cart ASAP then the shipping error but I got my other one from amazon dark captain marvel for free had free gift card credit in account
Or they should go back to the random times for each pop like in past so u don’t know which pop is at what time
29 office pops only ones I don’t have are 3 hole punch Jim, Andy Bernard, Date Mike, and Dwight with bobble head haha
Is Next Door/Facebook/CL the best option for getting rid of Pops? Seems like it's not worth it to ship them unless they're the more valuable ones???
Someone bought me my first as a birthday gift, it's Joey from Friends wearing all of Chandler's clothes. Now what I need help on is, do I keep in the box or take out? I just want to take him out and put him on a shelf. What's the point of keeping in boxes?
You keep it in the box if you want to maintain the value for resale later on. If you have no plans on becoming a huge collector that swaps pops and sells them on eBay, then yeah take it out of the box! I personally use them to decorate the bookshelves my wife and I use for our Blu-ray’s!
I used to have them all but yeah I realized it was gonna be a huge hassle and just take up a ton of space so I sold most of the collection haha
Yeah, we got the original six and then picked up a few of the original run of exclusives. Being in England it is hard and expensive enough as it is, I think we have about 15 of them in total.
I only have a few left in boxes after selling a lot of my collection sometime last year. Ghostface Bernie Sanders La La Land 2-pack Belle, dancing in her ballgown dress Arnold from Hey Arnold!
Decided to buy a few more: Mark Hoppus Rivers Cuomo The Morton Salt Girl Woody on RC There's also a series of 40 Year Old Virgin coming out of Andy.
Funko Will Start Selling NFTs Tied To Figurines In June After Buying Stake In TokenWave I just assumed this was an April fools joke but...it doesn’t appear to be lol
