I mean, you can tell the entire thing is false because it says that he "stated online," when it's very obvious he has no online presence.

 

cause they called bon iver breaking up and cancelling their entire summer tour after the first date

 

He does have a private twitter I follow lol but I can't remember the user name to check if he actually posted anything. He's also extremely sarcastic and not very serious on there so if it did come from that it could've just been a dumb joke

 

Jk I found it, people have tagged him with the post, and he's replied "Freaks" and "don't even know what that is"

He was pretty obviously not talking about Fun at all, that’s an insane interpretation

 

What did he say exactly anyway? I don’t follow him.

 

Something about in writing sessions he hasn’t fought for credit assuming other people would do the right thing and to assume if his name is listed as a writer he wrote 90% of the song. And he’s talking about when he’s written songs for other people, not his own bands.

 

Gotcha. Seeing people take these blind items as gospel is embarrassing.

Haven't been a fan of this project so far. There were one or two other songs from it, but I don't see them on streaming anymore

 

Ah I hadn't heard those, I just saw a social media post from him introducing this project. Song is okay, definitely a bit cheesy though and doesn't hit the heights of his other work.

 

the souped up "Inappropriate" at the end here is killer
