I went to the glimstone dragon and I thought I had to kill them to get the key so I spent a good hour dying until I realized the key is literally right behind them I hate this game

I love how this game gives you incentive to kill all enemies, no matter how pathetic. I just got a rune arc from a rat.

 

I beat the erdtree avatar so I’ll take beating three mini bosses today as a win

 

There’s actually a “lore” reason for that. Rats have always dropped some of the most valuable items in the series, it’s a commentary on the fact that everything and everyone, rich or poor, gets eaten by the rats eventually.

FromSoftware hopes to expand Elden Ring ‘beyond the realm of games’

 

I’m shocked by how much they nerfed Hoarfrost Stomp. I used to kill the Tornado Island enemies in 2 casts, now it takes 6 and it’s super slow. It was overpowered for sure but now it’s useless

 

I’m even more surprised they actually nerfed stuff

 

I think they overdid the stomp nerf.
