I wish I could go back to Radahn with my +10 mimic tear to show that stupid son of a bitch what it’s like to be absolutely fucked out of a good time.

So essentially it’s near impossible to predict the moves

 

no ash summons on radahn but yes the fantasy still feels nice lol. my tear is only +7 but still amazing

 

beat margit. only took me about four tries, which makes me feel good. having the snare from patches made the first half a breeze. summoning the jellyfish in the second half right after the summoner died helped too. would let margit focus on him, go in for my six hit combo, back away until he drew focus to the jellyfish again, rinse repeat.

 

Found the Magma Wyrm's Scalesword and looks so cool part of my wants to respec just so I can use it.

But also still having fun bonking things with hammers so...

 

final fight in the story. hardly knew yee. might be a while.

 

holy shit I beat the game. holy fucking shit I did it. it didn’t even take me that long to get the final boss. but it was hard as fuck and I had to learn the fight and how to get openings. I can’t believe I actually did it though. I have tons more I want to do before calling it on this character but I think I can safely say this is one of the best games I’ve ever played in my life. it has been more captivating and immersive and rewarding than any other game I’ve ever played

 

I ventured into caelid on accident and everything was killing me

 

I think this is the correct path for the first half of the game:

- First Steps -> Church of Elleh -> Gateside (where you get the Maiden) -> Church of Elleh - skip to night! (to get the Spirit Calling Bell)
(personally I would sneak in a cheeky gallop up the hill to the Stormhill Hut Grace, just for easier access later, because running up through the path after the gate will never not be annoying)
- Weeping Penninsula
- Stormveil Castle
- Lurnia of the Lakes
- Academy
- Caelid
- Plateau
- Mt Gelmir
- Capital
- Volcano Manor

All of this comes implied with HEAVY EXPLORATION in each area.

 

I’m currently farming at some place in caelid called faria great bridge

i haven’t even unlocked the actual area to view on my map lol

 

there's tiny little pencil-tip looking shapes on the map, that's where you get the respective map of each area.

 

If that list is true, I’m halfway through the game. Not too shabby for hacking away here and there.

using that farming spot I went up around 10 levels in like 30 minutes of playing

 

PUT SOME OF THOSE LEVELS INTO VIGOR
(2 out of 5 into Vigor is the sweet spot imo)

you have no idea. every time you find a new area it keeps expanding. it's completely bonkers.

they legit could've made two games out of this and NO ONE would've complained.

 

so I haven’t got the summoning bell from the lady yet and she refuses to be at the location and no one knows how to trigger her so now I’m stuck waiting lol

 

apparently night time is the right time. (church of elleh, right?)

you have met Melina, right? (the girl who gives you your horse)

 

yes I’ve been going there every night and even passing time and she won’t show up

 

what the fuck lol

 

i got my steed and I’ve gone past margit and a few other bosses and she still refuses to show up

 

just keep playing, you'll be able to buy the bell for very cheap once you get invited to the Roundtable Hold. Apparently it's a window and it's missable.

ah ok that's why, you missed the window. just buy the bell from the Husk Maidens.

 

thank god I have that farming spot then I might farm there until 50 and start heading out into the world
