Just discovered the secret to the big ass dragon (rune piñata)

Not really a secret but the “actual” way to kill it

Looks like the big dragons health is linked to all of the small ones. Didn’t know that

 

A couple things:
-I heard you can just hack away at it with a bleed weapon
-The babies do go away after you kill the mom
-The babies are strong as hell even being at half health
-There is supposedly a story line attached to the dragon

 

Yeah you can stand behind him with a bleed weapon and kill him in a few minutes. Very quick 90k runes on a new character. Or any character I guess

 

just massively tweaked my build to be far more int heavy, but still primarily dex based. gonna be messing with some spells and also moonveil as my offhand weapon

ngl I was thinking the thing about not being able to see the face as I was watching the end sequence, would have been cool to see my character's face there, not the stupid mask I had on lol.

Finally beat the final boss, had a stupid amount of trouble with that one for some reason. Nothing else took me even half that long. Overall probably my second favourite Souls game after Bloodborne. Incredible stuff, I never get tired of the shit these guys come up with. Can't wait for all the lore videos.

 

same I think it took me a solid hour to beat the last boss. having to chase it around second phase was starting to wear on me.

 

Yeah I would be just trying to catch it then it would fly off elsewhere and the fucking yellow rain would just instakill me lol. The first phase would go super smoothly or horribly.

 

Uhhh yeah once I get moonveil upgraded enough this dex/int build is going to be OP as fuck. Right now my uchi still does more damage but I have it +11 and moonveil is already coming up on it at +5. Running with one of those and a staff in my offhand is gonna be the move I think but maybe moon in main with uchi in off hand with hoarfrost stomp equipped. I’ve got many ideas for where I want this build to go

same exact thing happened to me today

 

I had to use a stoneward key and there was like 3 chests and shit down there.

 

you can find the exit in limgrave but to actually get in you have to go around to caelid

 

i didn’t even know that place existed either

 

There’s a few different parts of stormveil locked behind stonesward keys it took me a while to realize I missed the room with the iron whetblade to allow keen upgrades which is crucial to dex builds. but then today I saw another one I hadn’t been into yet and I know of a third I did find when I first went

 

Yeah I took the way through the front. Since I’ve never actually went through the main gate. Found the grace up there by the lever and all kinds of loot.
