beat my first boss in the form of that bulldog big boy the wizard in the roundtable stays fucking me though
Is that area sealed off with a key where you first come out of the elevator worth exploring or should I wait til I’m higher leveled?
Na there’s one in a castle ruin with a giant poison plant nearby. Should be fine I’m pretty powerful with my flame lob. Just curious
Noted. I figured it would be a hard area considering it’s placed weirdly close to the opening of the game
I’m actually on it right now! It’s more of a puzzle than a boss type level so you should be ok. I haven’t gotten to the end yet thoufh edit: I was wrong lmao
whenever you see someone fucking out a boss in like this, melee included....how? Just leveling up strength or magic and +'ing their weapons?
Apparently magic is OP but that’s like the very first boss in the game, it’s super easy and I beat it second try on my melee character when I came across it at a rather low level
Many boss attempts have been thwarted by my cat jumping over my computer. I should not have put my desk in front of the window he lays in lol
That boss specifically has relatively low health. But any INT build is just incredibly strong. They can’t ever balance magic in these games. There’s also almost zero bosses (I encountered one in a play through where I killed at least 65-70 of the 83 or so bosses) that aren’t weak to magic.
There’s also an item you can mix in your potion that makes your spells cost ZERO FP for a few seconds. So a lot of people are just rushing to get the comet spell and going full Goku killing every boss in about ten seconds.
I’ve been coming across some super powerful spells that almost make me wanna respec into int. Like Loretta’s great bow and the meteorite spell
I believe that’s the one at the end of the limgrave tunnels which is a great source of smithstones early on so you should be there anyway
don’t think I ever did that one damn and I thought I cleared out most of limgrave pretty good haha. Regardless that one in the vid was def the first one I took down and it took me maybe three tries, and I didn’t full have the grasp of combat yet. If you just roll correctly it’s simple
