Haha I’m new to this. In my defense, there are prompts for talking/interaction.

 

oops sorry yeah, I guess prompt might not be the best word, I just meant it will start the backstab animation.

 

like you will easily be able to tell it's happening, you lose control of your character

 

In your defense again, it’s easier on some characters than others and certain weapons make it even easier.

 

you have to be so close you think it’s a little too close and it should work. I’ve missed a couple backstabs I thought I should have had.

I just lost so many souls that I ended up outside of my house. I just walked off

 

i dont think the point of george rr martin's involvement was to be able to distinctly tell what he did. i think it was just to put some fantasy flavoring in an already established formula from dark souls which is what they were always going to do. plus the name recognition helps from a marketing perspective big time but i never expected to be like "yep thats george!" while digging into the lore of the game and i think thats the point.

 

took down the dragon back in limgrave pretty easily but it was definitely a hard fight. took patience but it felt good as fuck.

 

I got to Margit today and died like 20 times lmao, then I looked it up and forgot that I can upgrade my weapon. Gonna do that tomorrow and get the jellyfish summon

 

Oof rennalas second phase caught me off guard lol. I knew the phase 1 thing was too easy to be the whole fight but god damn so many flying bolts in phase 2

 

i feel GRRM more in the setting/world than the plot

 

The sleeping Dragon guarding the key to progress is tough.

 

I took it out today too and was proud that I only died once

 

having way more problems with rennala than i should be. shes so weak and staggers so easily but i cant get all the way there without monumentally fucking up

 

I ran in and grabbed the key, then proceeded to immediately die from said dragon. At least I got the key, I guess.

 

So after the recent update it’s doing it again….literally never had this happen with any other game

 

Respec’d to Str/Fai, that holy blade ash + throwing lightning spears is so much fun, need to level up my FP pool more though
