phew okay i found the site of grace next to godrick. can easily see why i missed it when i was just b-lining to the boss, i thought it was out in the courtyard somewhere not in a tiny side door in the small hallway into the boss room. also a good spot to farm all the NPC's out here to level up a bit before the boss room

 

there’s 11 in the game. and a low low drop rate chance off of a late game enemy. some merchants sell 1 as well

 

Ugh Renalla fight sucked. I generally hate these kinds of bosses. Didn’t even have to heal.

a mid game area but the rewards are worth the exploration if you’re just roaming

A) How do you acquire them?
B) How do you equip them?
C) Once equipped how do you summon?

Pull up the menu and look to the right for your Pouch.

Click one of the directional buttons you want your spirit assigned to and click triangle (switch).

Spirits are usually at the bottom of the list that will pop up. Select the summon you want to fill that slot in your Pouch.

Then, to actually use them you need to be in an area that has this blue door pop up on your HUD.



Then hit triangle to open your Pouch and select the spirits with the d-pad.

 

do the merchants restock? would be kinda annoying if you can only do it a limit number of times.

summon the companion and use the jellyfish again to soak up all the phase one damage, in phase two dodge through his sweeping flame attack and otherwise try and stay behind him. it took the companion being alive for at least half of phase 2 for me to be able to get him. jellyfish rarely makes it that far in but if somehow he does you're golden for a while until they do die
