I have the skeletons and they are ok

 

Once I made it to the lost grace at the Swamp of Aeonia, I peaced out and went back to Limgrave

 

Just discovered an area that’s surrounded by mages that shoot great soul arrows that you have to somehow avoid while walking on the beams of a roof.

Very on par for FromSoft.

 

Yeah good call, what a beautiful area though.

 

Finally wearing some different armor

 

I’m level 26 and I still can’t beat Margot even with Margit’s Shackle

 

Did you someone the random npc next to the fog gate?

What build are you going for? How are you allocating your stats?

 

Margit is tough as balls to be fair. It’s the first Souls boss I’ve struggled with since BSB.

 

Just a tip: you will meet that NPC later in the castle and they will sell you spells.

 

I just had him at a centimeter of health and he got me. FUCK

 

His second phase is tough

 

Yeah that’s what I struggled with. He was beating me within seconds of going to his second phase. What I did was, as soon as he switched phases I summoned jellyfish and focused on getting hold R2 hits on his back or guard countering to get whatever visceral hits are called in this.

 

If you can get stealth hit behind him it’s huge. It’s hard because of his sheer size.

 

I gave it a hard time before but the Reduvia is money if you are a stealth person. It takes away almost 75% of an enemies health and has a small bleed effect for its ability.

 

Seems everyone has made it a bit further than me but I kinda wanna explore every inch of the southern peninsula of limgrave before going through the gates

 

I was doing the same but I just had a nagging thought of “there’s a dope ass dungeon just waiting for you up there man!” Stuck in my head all day. Dope ass dungeon did not disappoint.

 

I did that and it's definitely worth it. Tons of cool stuff and helps you get to a nice level to take on the boss/dungeon.

At the moment I'm hating these spellcasters. Ranged filth.

 

I’m just grinding trolls because they give you 1000 runes each

 

Found a hammer. Now running around smashing stuff with my hammer in one hand and my axe in the other.

Stumbled upon this armored guy on horse back. Thought he was just one of the normal rider types so was like "bring it" and then a boss bar appears and then I did my normal jump and smash (which even on some of the bosses I've faced takes down like 10% of their hp) and the hp bar barely dropped

run out of there as fast as I could

 

That’s exactly what I’m doing. I got a late start to the game and not wanting to miss anything. The only boss I’ve encountered so far is the dog at the catacombs, gonna move on to the dark cave area next.

Not really into the armor options I have, but will find something I will like eventually.

 

Had to put the controller down for a bit.

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be fighting this boss atm but this boss is absolutely fucking insane.
