Those all feel MOSTLY feasible, normal enemies in 2-3 hits definitely. Gyobu's posture isn't too strong either (especially if you use firecrackers) but 6 hits feels pretty quick regardless so I dunno
did use fire crackers, and a couple blocks in there too. Maybe I’m just misremembering the difficulty of early game. I’m sure when I get to Genichiro I’ll feel differently
The ape phase 1 is probably when you'll know for sure if something's off or not, that one can take a while at times
Genichiro may be a top 5 boss in gaming for me the more I think about him. That first (true) encounter is so wonderful and I love that he does to the player exactly what the player would do against him, just being relentless the moment he gets that window. I love how it felt to break through that wall and how that wall doesn't exist anymore, masterful design and I think he's very underrated just because he's not as difficult as others
I'm very curious about trying this, will probably wait to try it till its further along but it looks cool Dark Souls Archthrones Demo
My friend is really liking it. I don't have Dark Souls 3 on PC to try it unfortunately still waiting for Dark Souls Nightfall...
picked elden ring back up for the first time in forever. got a level 28 character with a strength and faith focused build going, just cleaned up some areas of limgrave I hadn’t touched and now ready to start stormveil
i got both my NG+ build that i'm turning into straight up Grand Wizard/Astrologer/whatever you wanna call it- then i also went and started a new file as i'm also tryna do Strength/Faith man, i love that there's so many different kinds of playstyles that you can pull off in Elden Ring its so fuckin sick
Yeah I did two hand katana dex build my first playthrough and slowly morphed that character into full sorcery over the course of two new game plus runs lol
Dipping back into Sekiro, got up to Lady Butterfly and while I think I’m slowly getting better, she is kicking my ass rn
Dodge right, hit her once, dodge again, hit her. Keep circling and repeating and you’ll take her down!
Got her! Learned you could jump on her to do posture damage when she tries that grab attack, and using shurikens when she jumps were huge. Then picked a few attacks I felt comfortable parrying and dodged away from the rest.
This is where I got stuck when playing last year, so you're giving me encouragement when I try again in a few weeks
I started an Elden Ring run built around the Reduvia and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Not a challenge run or anything obviously, just wanted to try out Arcane, mainly to try out the Morgott sword and I'm already having so much fun with Reduvia I might just ride with it
im about to be around level 40 on my character so i need to look up some optimal strength/faith builds because im just kind of winging it weapon/shield/incantation wise
Not Fromsoft but close enough…anyone play Lies of P? It’s really scratching that bloodborne/dark souls itch right now!
very much so lmao. I have a dual katana build and one procs bleed 105% and its not rivers of blood. other katana is malenia's.
I'm currently using Reduvia and a Blood Misericorde, with Eleanora's Poleblade as a backup weapon and Morgott's for when I need stagger and good god they all just obliterate everything I fight Dual katana is so much fun. I tried it with Uchi + a parry Wakizashi and enemies melted so fast
