While I trust Miyazaki and FROM, those PC specs being so intensive while still supposedly running on last gen consoles seems…suspect
Damn, just paid full price a few days ago haha Oh well, it’ll be worth it. Absolutely simping for this game.
Preordered this a while back. I had never played a From game until the pandemic and I worked my way through all of them (just finished DS3 a few weeks ago. Between this and Horizon, it’s gonna be a stellar month for games.
Y'all i'm hyped and need to talk about this game more. What's everything thinking for their first build/class? I'm leaning towards Enchanted Knight. Want a STR weapon and some sweet pyro to rek people.
I have no idea I'm going in blind I don't even know what exists lol. I played Demon's Souls with magic though to try and change it up and thought it was lame so I'm definitely going for a nice sword based character.
I'm on a media black out I don't know fuck all about the game I'm probably going to use a big ass 2H sword I can tell you that.
Bloody Wolf was what I used in the network test (I believe the class is now called Hero) will probably go with that. magic seemed absolutely busted in the test but I do want to get around to using a caster eventually
Gonna main melee, one-handed like I usually do, but also build for some magic usage as well to the extent it's possible
I used magic for the first time in DSR so I might fuck around with it again in this. Had a 1HW and some fire/lightning casting that was perfect so hopefully I can emulate in this.
I just want a couple solid long range spells I can use for pulling and getting some damage done before I smash the fuck out of them.
I’ve also avoided almost all trailers/gameplay footage to go in blind, I usually run a quality build on my first play through of Souls games but the limited footage I have seen has some pretty OP looking magic so might mix that in I’m super excited and also very nervous my PC won’t be able to handle it
PC recs we’re surprisingly not very demanding at all. Minimum and recommended are both fairly “budget”. Must be fairly optimized
Ram is the only requirement I meet, the minimum specs are as high or higher than recommend specs for other games in my library. I know my shits out of date but I’ve yet to find a game I haven’t been able to play on medium/high settings. It doesn’t make sense for them to be this high but supposedly still run on last gen consoles
