The most frustrating thing to me is simply not being able to tell Malenia where her bro's at haha. Would make a bit more sense if Mohgtown was clearly harder the the tree. Really feels a bit unfinished, although I know better than to ever really expect closure in a From game
Have got to Altus Plateau/Leyndell on my NG+ playthrough now and am enjoying the game a lot again (STR/DEX/FAI hybrid owns). Am making all the opposite choices I made last time with NPC quests etc. and trying to get the armor sets and weapons I missed - I feel like farming for weapons/armor pieces is way easier this time around, I am getting the stuff I am after within 1 or 2 kills whereas in my first game I would farm for 1 hour and not get the item. My discovery stat is at the lowest it can be too? Have only died once so far - was too cocky that i'd got to Altus Plateau without dying so tried the Altus Bell-Bearing Hunter, got him 1 hit away and he got me with that boomerang sword bullshit whilst I was mid-roll
I'd love an ER dlc focused on Miquella or the Badlands. They could go in so many directions given how open ended a lot of the lore is in the game though. I'd be happy with anything they give us that'll bring me back into the world.
I'ma be honest I'd just want a bunch of new evergaols with cool new bosses for DLC Plus undead matches like DS3 please, then I'd be all in
PVP needs to be better in this game desperately and it needs a better set of mid-to-high tier difficulty bosses considering how many misses Elden Ring has outside of the very high highs, we don't need even more areas to explore Save story for a sequel/prequel/whatever
Totally disagree. They can expand on some of the more unique bosses without adding a ton of areas to explore. A lot of the success of ER has been it’s accessibility. You don’t need to add ridiculous bosses but maybe more in line with some of the more challenging ones in the game. Not saying you are wrong of course but it’s From so who knows.
That's what I meant, 1-2 bosses in line with the Malenias and Malikeths and also much more that have more middling difficulty. I don't think the floor or ceiling of difficulty need to be raised, they're VERY good where they're at, I just think the upper-middle needs to be better filled because it feels like the difficulty swings a bit all over the place at times and that sweet spot feels incredibly rare in Elden Ring.
If you are looking for a 2D style Dark Souls game, this is where it’s at. I’m hitting a wall with the first boss but the game is really good. With practice I’ll nail it.
bro wtf, I didnt realize that to get all the pyromancies (and the trophy) in DS3, you have to level up the in Mound Maker covenant which takes THIRTY of the vertebrae shackles lol that is so fucking wack
Beat the valiant gargoyles and immediately proceeded to get my ass kicked by the Deeproot Depths Erdtree avatar
