@GBlades can we rename the thread From Software? I think it would be cool to talk about those games in here and won't bog down the VG thread. If not, no big deal!
like, I killed the Dragon Rider and now all those fucking knights in that area are pissed at me and I cant get through to kill the dragon before I die
Definitely my least favorite. Some of the mechanics make it more “cheap” than difficult. Some parts of the Iron Keep in that game were the most frustrating gaming experiences of my life.
well i was gonna do dark souls remastered next but dragons dogma is only 8 bucks on steam rn so im gonna make a bit of a detour, at least temporarily, im sure by the end of the week ill be playing dark souls lol
I love watching these players have these crazy bleed builds where it’s like get hit once and dead but crazy strength/dex/arcane but god damn I know I would suck at those hardcore bleed builds.
yeah would be good to have just the one point and this one is the most active so I’ll get it after work!
The correct name was right here y'all Finished the game a few days ago. Damn it is big. Even with the map, the hints, etc so many sidequests passed by me. And some Ranni stuff I had to google, so ridiculous. Rogier just started coughing and died right away haha
Have changed the thread name to FromSoftware since we don't actually have a place to collectively talk about the games and this is the most active one. I've updated the first post.
Wonder if anyone in the world every mained the magma wyrm’s sword. I’m using it and it’s pretty sick. Plus it scales off faith and dex
Anyone know some enlightening non-vaati youtube videos? I'm stil pretty confused on a lot of stuff, especially stuff like why Marika shattered the ring, were Marika and Radagon always the same peeps or was he absorbed at a certain moment, why Miquella was an Empyrean and Ranni wasn't. The ambiguity in the lore of these FS games kills me.
I finally decided to go down into the deep root depths and I beat those last 3 bosses I needed so yeah I essentially beat every boss in the game now which was pretty cool
Radagon completed. I think my ability to always be overleveled in RPG games made this fight slightly easy.
Been trying out a randomized Sekiro run (all minibosses, bosses, and items swapped around). Got past first boss which was Guardian Ape. It's been a lot of fun so far, interesting seeing how the game flows.
Finally onto Caelid. Shit is wild. Rot everywhere, giant dogs, rot zombies, and fucking crazy ass raven men. Did the first cave and a magma wyrm was the boss.
I'm pretty sure Ranni was born an empyrean but she cast away her body in what was essentially a middle finger to the two fingers
