hit a pretty big wall in DS3 with abyss watcher but it’s pretty similar to elden ring how you can just go farm souls and some buffs like embers and resins which make a world of difference in fights in this game I’ve found. shouldn’t have as much of a problem later tonight when I start trying again but that fight is fun but hard as hell. edit: also I’m currently using sellsword twin blades but just got uchigatana and have been going back and forth but I have sellsword upgraded more so it’s currently better
Time to blow everyone’s mind. Much easier to use on a PC than a phone. https://mapgenie.io/elden-ring/maps/the-lands-between
I have a friend who is going after every piece of armor so he has been using it. I’m not that crazy but I will 100% the game.
I just wanna know what does someone do when they are probably hitting every wall 50 times to see if there is a secret behind them now that someone found that out
There’s a cheat on PC that shows you the health of everything. That wall was the only one with 10x the health of anything else in the game that’s hidden.
once it hit 14 minutes I was like I’m out so now I just watch all remembrance runs until someone is brave enough to do all bosses
Two days in and so far I’ve killed some asshole creature in a cave and then took an elevator in a well down to a river? And it’s like a whole underground world?? this shit rocks. I know it’s been mentioned but this game gives me old school vibes. If this dropped in PS1 era the word of mouth and rumors about locations and items would have been crazy
Abyss watchers down, phase 2 of that fight felt significantly more unforgiving than the vast majority of elden ring fights and not necessarily in a good way. once I memorized the move set and got good RNG where he actually did the combos that allowed me to open on him I was able to do it but god damn that flame sword just catches you in the weirdest spots where you’re surely out of the hit box and rolled precisely but apparently not!
I realized last night I did the same thing since I thought going into the Capital would fuck with some of my other active questlines. Weirdly you can still get the Hoslow armor set after killing Rykard but I'm pretty bummed I missed out on the Raging Wolf set too
it's honestly wild how many questlines and apparently armor sets you can miss out on. I'll have to follow a guide on NG+
When is Rannis quest supposed to start? I’m beyond the Capital now and she still hasn’t shown up at night by the Merchant lol
I think you've gone too far for her to show up at the church. I wont say exactly where but she ends up in a part of Liurnia after a certain point and you can meet there and start working on her quest.
Another update: Managed to clear out most of Limgrave and the Weeping Peninsula. Currently doing Stormveil. For some reason im struggling with Castle Morne and some of the Evergaols (managed to get Blaidd for one) but i'm guessing that's supposed to happen so will come back after i finish Stormveil and hopefully do a bit better. Don't have a good feeling about Kenneth after starting his quest....
