I was not expecting the Rykard fight to be so much easier with the serpent hunter special ability. That equipped + mimic tear active made the whole thing a breeze (granted I'm level 113 so probably a like 20-30 levels higher than necessary.). Only took 2 tries. On the first that mf ended up eating me whole

 

This game is so inconsistent with how challenging things are, especially for different classes. Some open world bosses are tough and then story bosses are like smacking flies.

 

Optional bosses for the most part tend to be harder. Until the end game.

 

I have about 3 bosses left and then I’ve cleared out all of Caelid bosses so now I’ll be done with Liurnia/Limgrave and Caelid. Very nice.

 

also I just beat mohg because my mimic is just stupid tanky with a maxed out bloodhound fang and then he takes all the damage and I do all the work

 

Okay serpent hunter +7 just killed Rykard in like two mins lol

 

I didn’t know you could go upgrade the serpent hunter lol damn

 

that’s how I’ve heard everyone is beating it ks by grabbing it and maxing out

 

I literally picked it up after I equipped the Talisman that negates fire damage and gave him a big ol hug.

 

I was able to completely stunlock him without upgrading it at all

 

I’ve been reading that arcane procs with bleed weapons so now I respec so I can focus on building around a full bleed build instead of the moonveil one

 

Totally a dungeon by the Fire Giant and to fight a boss.

 

Did a catacomb near the lakes that actually had multiple invisible walls. It was sick

 

Guy needs to get gud. Exploring under elevators is like, Metroidvania 101.

 

Dude thinks he gets to call himself “Elden” and didn’t even check under the elevator??

 

beat Astel so that’s cool and I’ve cleared out about 6 more bosses I’m just cleaning up

 

holy shit the capital is incredible

 

I discovered that farm spot with the bird and now anytime I’m close to a level I just head there

no runes being wasted

 

I wanna play for the first time again :(

 

I’ve now cleared out all of limgrave, liurnia, caelid and both ainsel and sofría river. It’s time to diablito start up on the atlas plateau.

 

i haven't been tracking which bosses ive cleared so now it feels like too much work to try and figure out which ones i've missed

 

Just bought dark souls 3 :)

 

I've enjoyed Elden Ring but DS3 is still my favorite I hope you enjoy it!

 

Never finished DS3, maybe I’ll pick that up again next

 

Going back to DS3 after Elden Ring was quite something. I didn’t enjoy it.
