Well that was one hell of an episode. One of the series' best imo. Glad everything was given the emotional weight it deserved, as it feels like shits only gonna get crazier here on out.
Yeah that's one of the prevailing theories I've seen floating around and it definitely has some legs. Fatima couldn't open the door for some reason in this latest episode and the suggestion seems to be that it's because of the talisman on the door. So she's either turning into something or the baby inside her is a monster and it's going to cause her to become the thing that Elgin keeps having nightmares about.
I’m so different after becoming a dad, I am just melting at all these scenes with the little boy and how he’s seeing everything about the town and situation hes in.
Decided to rewatch the first two seasons because I was forgetting stuff, and oh my God, why is Tabitha completely incapable of whispering or doing anything that would be considered common sense when she and Victor are in imminent danger in season 2? Why does this show waste such important plot points on the worst character in the show? "Oh, Victor says we need to go because it's not safe? Better keep standing here and looking around while the house is literally crumbling on top of us" "Oh, monsters are sleeping? Better start talking at full fucking volume just a few feet away from their bodies" "Oh I better shine a flashlight inside that cage in the wall" "Oh what's that Victor? We don't have a talisman in your truck? Better keep talking at full volume while you whisper to me" Jesus Christ.
Some interesting storylines from that latest episode, keen to see how they progress - Fatima, the 'baby' and the Kimono woman - Victor and Jasper - Tabitha's visions from childhood - Jade and the bottle trees
