Oh fuck me Foxing/FIL/MovMou would be like the best tour of all time.

 

Yeah man the acoustic tour they finished up back in May was wonderful. I'm excited to see them again soon with the full band

Oh dang they'll definitely be playing some new songs then. Hopefully by then they'll have a release date

Really hoping this next album gets them the attention they deserve. It would be cool to see FIL start playing some bigger venues.

A couple years ago a local coffee roaster had their 2 year anniversary party at their warehouse. There was a band playing in the parking lot but I was inside hanging out with people. Fast forward to next year and my friend shows me this band and I'm like this is tight but why does their name sound familiar. They were the band playing in the parking lot.

Super exciting, but dammit, they play the HOB Voodoo stage like every time they come to San Diego. That is the worst venue of all time.

 

The only thing that can potentially touch Pinegrove atop my EOTY list.

Also, Time to listen to Made Violent and Wild Wild Horses.

Weird to announce an album coming out in 2-3 months but not provide a date. Wonder what happened with that haha. Excited either way, especially for the show. They're playing one of my favorite spots in the valley.

 

Could be they aren't completely sure when their physical merch will be ready and waiting for a little more certainty? Who knows.

 

Might see them twice in the span of a few nights in ATX and San Antonio.
