Absent Sounds live play through next month on band camp.

Joe: and also hard chiller news (probably should start their own thread but…)
In the meantime, a Hard Chiller record is being mixed/mastered and should be out early next year. It is really good, and really heavy. We signed with Wassermann and will definitely be playing shows. I am pumped for everyone to hear it. It has been a great way for me to scratch an itch in a different sonic space than my career has led me to mostly. It's the type of stuff I listened to as a kid, but I get to sing over stuff that some insane musicians are writing.

Opening for LS Dunes this spring.

Their Absent Sounds playthrough from last week is up on Joey's patreon if anyone missed it.

There's a gap between Brooklyn and Buffalo that would make perfect sense for an Albany date...

I haven’t yet. I didn’t realize it was happening on the night it was live on BC. So will watch on patreon and report back here.

His message he posted about the livestream:
Over the weekend we celebrated the record with a full band livestream. Was great to hang with each other and vibe. I have now known some of these guys for longer than I haven't known them. We've been jamming since we were really young. We all still get along and are best friends.

I think the set went pretty well. I was really sick and had no voice leading up to the stream, so the set you see is the first time I was able to even attempt to sing. Seems insane, but things tend to work out when you just let the universe do its thing and accept it.

I think my voice just kinda sounds like smoked a cig just before. The first time I have to really belt something out, it's kind of unbelievable that my voice is basically fine after whispering for a week straight. I guess a decade of singing and touring full time helps.

Anyways, I mention it not to give excuses (I didn't mention it during the stream) but since you subscribe on here for bts type stuff, there you go. lol

The Hard Chiller record is mixed/mastered and off to be pressed. New music should be coming in the next couple months and then we will be playing shows.

Got some fun HEAD VOID remixes coming out soon.

Wouldn't surprise me since he did the same with able bodies since Triple Crown is defunct or whatever happened with them.
