So glad this is coming back. I thought the first season was hysterical and was confused why it got so much hate. Whatever those issues were I hope they were able to work out the kinks for this season.

Reassuring that Stoller seems pretty aware of the complaints about the first season, most of which I shared. Will check the second season out for sure

 

Yeah I enjoyed the first season. Wasn't like my favorite thing ever but I'll watch a second season to see if they can straighten out some of their issues. Considering the cast I'm hopeful they can.

 

S2 just as good as S1. I'm a fan.

I found S1 pretty hit or miss, but Fred Savage was very redeeming. Will probably watch this at some point

I love basically the entire cast so I watched the first two episodes, but this does not seem good. Should I just keep going? Does it pick up at some point?

 

The show is worth it to watch Fred Savage on cocaine in one episode lol. Otherwise, meh, not really

From what I remember of S1, the tone of the show felt kind of similar to Love, but nowhere near as good

 

I love Love but this just felt off. Kinda cheesy or something. I'm a big fan of Nat Faxon (R.I.P. Ben and Kate and Married) and Keegan, Fred and Cobie so I was hoping this would be a homerun for me. But I guess not, unfortunately.

 

Second season was way way better.

 

I watched the first two episodes of season two. Liking it much more than season 1 so far.

 

Just watched this all in one sitting. Much better than the first season. Hope there's a 3rd

 

Agreed with the sentiment that S2 was better than S1. Hated the ending though.

felt the same as season 1 for me up until last two episodes which seemed to be on a dkfdiffer level.

now I really want a season 3 to at least close up the story lines.

Look, it took me months to watch season two. But I really liked it, and I know the cancellation is the fault of people like me, who waited too long to watch. That being said, this thread isn't exactly poppin so I know the show was always on the verge. Would love for it to be picked up elsewhere but I doubt it
