Finished GLOW and F is For Family just in time for this. Hope I can fit in an ep or 2 later today.

 

I'm 5 in so far and aside from the affair storyline ,which I dont know just seems kind of lazy and unnecessary, its alot of fun. Nat Faxon and Ben Savage pretty much steal every scene they are in.

 

Watched the first episode last night and I'm into it

Does anyone know the song that plays during the end credits of episode 3?

 

Got to the final ep in one night. Still need to finish, but I like it. I hope Felix comes back. I love Billy Eichner

 

I'm really enjoying this show so far. I'm such a huge Cobie Smulders fan. I've never seen KMK in anything that wasn't minor but he's pretty good in this. Fred Savage is always fun

This is decent and they've played some great songs. You can never go wrong with modest mouse.

 

Episode 3 was seriously so funny. I know a lot of it was in the teasers anyways, but Fred Savage accidentally doing coke and pretty much everything else that went on in the apartment had me dying

 

"This is the last one!"

 

There's a lot of funny on this show but the tone of it is all over the place. I binged the entire thing today and enjoyed it for the most part.

That's all I can really say. I can't figure out if I even liked it or not.

 

Halfway through the first episode.. I can sort of relate to this haha not the affair part tho!

 

Finished this in one sitting yesterday. I feel like..... I really liked the individual episodes despite not being able to care less about the overarching plot? Does that make sense? Like this made me laugh out loud on a very consistent basis and the plots for each episode were fun enough but the characters' relationships with one another did nothing for me really. The only ongoing story I liked at all was Lisa at her new job, just because it was so ridiculous.

Fred Savage killed it, his character in this gave me the same vibes as Brad Pitt's character in Burn After Reading.

I think your reaction makes sense and I fully agree. I enjoyed the show and it's characters, but the main plot surrounding the affair was the worst part of it for me.

Lisa's new job did have it's funny points. I just loved when she would say things you'd think would get her into trouble, and her boss is just like "...ok I can respect that." Lmao.

 

I think he was good but I also felt like his funny parts were really well written and he wasn't exposed as much as the other characters. Something I really didn't like was him not willing to be romantic with Felix at all, it left a bad taste in my mouth and made it less believable.
