Just watched this the night after Free Solo, really cool movie in a completely different way

 

Did the same haha.

 

Still need to see The Dawn Wall, maybe my next day off. I rewatched Meru the other night, it's so good. I think I still prefer Free Solo (seeing someone climb that shit without a rope is just so intense) but there's some definite peril in that movie. It's free on Prime, highly recommend it.

 

It's still crazy to me he had every inch of that climb memorized. He could talk through hand placement at specific points in the climb. I get that he's climbed it 100 times but it's still so impressive.

 

Just watched this and I had to keep reminding myself he makes it I was STRESSED.

 

Saw The Rescue today, I like Free Solo more but it's pretty wild
