Not sure where else to share this, but y’all should check out the debut Lucky Cloud album out today. Another Chicago musician who runs in the same circle as Free Range and it’s really good.

Is there really no way to buy this to support the band? No physical media, and it's not on bandcamp? So only streaming at this point?

i feel like this is a pretty immediate step up from the last one. incredible album.

 

i know it's early but this is my favorite album of the year so far. consistently awesome songwriting.

 

I just saw them live at their record release show in Chicago. Honestly one of the worst shows I have been to in a while because at least 1/4th of the venue would not shut up throughout all of the three sets (yes, including Free Range) even after someone loudly yelled at that part of the crowd to shut up and many people were shushing both in between songs and in the middle of songs because the talking was quite loud.

Anyways, they played a song from the recording sessions for this album that did not make the album:

Honestly have never listened to them…but when I heard Cende was like “oh, people on here would want to hear that”, because I’ve seen the name posted on here before. So I guess this is my hint to start listening to them.
