  2. Man, I was so into Frank Turner for a while. I haven't really listened to much since Tape Deck Heart, which just never rose to the standard set by England Keep My Bones.

Anyone have a recommendation of where to jump back in?

Try FTHC, it's your best bet for getting back into him.

I enjoyed both FTHC from 22 and Undefeated from 24.

I'd agree with this. Positive Songs has its moments (Get Better, Silent Key, Song For Josh) but the follow-up Be More Kind is just not good. He's at his best when his songs are personal, rather than trying to solve the world's problems which is where Be More Kind falls flat. FTHC is solid and Undefeated is a fun follow-up

agreed, 1933 is a great song on Be More Kind, but as a whole I never really revisit it

I’ll go to bat for the title track on Be More Kind, plus There She Is (particularly the acoustic version) makes for a great wedding processional track.

Really loved Frank's stuff from Love, Ire, & Song through Positive Songs for Negative People (although that itself was a drop in quality from Tape Deck Heart). But nothing there has really hit the same way. Be More Kind, FTHC, and Undefeated all have individual songs that are fine, but nothing I'll listen to straight through
