As a casual fan that is just now taking a deeper dive into FO for the first time, this site rules. Thanks for sharing it (or running it?). It certainly helps organize his work for easier exploration.

 

Also, after listening to his albums a couple of times recently, I think this guy could be really big some day.

 

I need to stop getting my hopes up every time this thread is bumped.

 

Been listening to My Room heavily in the last few weeks. Love the vibe of that track.

 

Wasn't he teasing an album not that long ago? Feel like that all dried up. Never know with Frank either way, he could just release something completely without warning too

 

I feel like he was planning to release something right before his Coachella performance

 

yeah the string of singles apparently had hidden clues in the key art that could have pointed to an album... but who knows

Super Rich Kids is one of my favourite Frank songs and the end of Pyramids still blows me away with that guitar part.

Watching The Old Guard(pretty good), and they use just a 2-3 second clip of Godspeed. It’s just such a waste lol

 

Inspired by hearing this very clip while watching the movie, I added a "media/soundtrack" section to blonded.blog for all licensed Frank Ocean appearances in TV/Film. The list is overwhelmed by Netflix properties.
