I’m really enjoying this. Probably the first record this year to really make a strong impression on me. Detroit Lake might be my favorite.

 

7.7 on p4k. was kinda hoping for BNM but whatever

this, like all the Hop Along albums, gets better and better the longer it sits in your brain.

 

"Earworm" is definitely the most appropriate term for Frances songs

 

I think of "Somewhere a Judge" as the ultimate earworm

 

This is really good, as is everything she has ever touched

 

The first time i listen to Frances' stuff is like looking at one of those magic eye pictures, for a while I can't tell what the fuck I'm listening to but then it all comes into focus and I wonder how I missed it in the first place.
