Will check it out but I dont have high hopes based on these songs.

 

The Rose is my favorite of the bunch. I dig they cover art so much.

Eric just released a new solo single today AND teased a full solo project out on Friday?

Yeah I don't love that solo song but I do like it more than any of the new Foxy songs, and I wasn't really a fan of any of his other solo stuff.

Have weird feelings about this band at this point. I'd love to see them live again, but from what they've released so far, and my lukewarm-at-best feelings about Gonzo, I don't really care about new music. Would be happy to be proven wrong, though!

 

I do think it's weird that Eric is putting out solo music during the lead-up to the first Foxy Shazam album in 7 years, but I like it.

 

Bummer but I guess it'll give people time to learn all the new songs.

I really feel for all these bands that thought maybe they'd only have to weather the storm this calendar year.

 

Yeah I'm bummed, had two tickets to the show. Hope I'll be able to snag some whenever the new date goes on sale. Whenever that is. I'm just stoked, and still in disbelief, that we're getting a new Foxy album in less than a month!

I really wish their comeback went as well as they probably envisioned it, but I'm still beyond happy they're back. Life just wasn't the same without Foxy Shazam.

honestly just want to see No Don't Shoot live at some point. The first time I heard that song, it changed my life.

 

I’m actually pleasantly surprised with the risks they took on this. Some really cool songs on here.

 

WOW this surprised me, this is pretty great!! Honestly, the production quality is the only downfall, the songs themselves are pretty fucking cool. Not quite up to par with the band's peak, but it's miles better than GONZO. Great little surprise!

 

HMU if anyone knows who the rapper on Into The Wild is

Yeah, Never Ever and Into The Wild were very welcome surprises.
