when i went a saw Brand New last year with my romantic partner at the time we both enjoyed Foxing more than BN, we were both kind of blown away. unfortunately he refused to buy me a vinyl :(
Roller coasters and planes are a large dose of hell no for me. This band, on the contrary, is a spoonful of sugar.
I've seen them like four or five times in the past year and they literally have gotten better and tighter every time if that's any indication. Especially if you like that they don't play it exactly like they do on the record -- it's like the songs are alive
this band can't catch a break on touring mishaps. glad everyone is ok, that'd be terrifying to see coming.
They should set up some sort of go fund me for the van, I would throw in 10 bucks to help maybe give away some demos or something with it
id imagine triple crown is helping them with the van. but when they did the gofundme for the stolen gear they said over 80% of the donations came from people/businesses in st louis which was amazing to see. these guys have a lot of hometown support
I'm gonna be sure to buy some merch from them when they come by here in a couple weeks, or at the very least just leave em a tip since I already have a shirt and Dealer on vinyl. Really glad to hear these guys are alright. I met Connor earlier this year and he was such a sweet guy to me and all the fans who stuck around afterwards.
I was gonna buy t-shirt last night, but I think I saw on their twitter they're gonna do something specifically for that soon.
