Yeah, late 2017 is the absolute earliest I see this. Interested in listening to the Smidley stuff whenever that drops

 

Damn im jealous of whoever got to see those newsongs

 

I know that it's done, just wasn't sure if he plans on touring for it.

 

Just saw them start their EU/UK tour in Glasgow. They played 3 new songs and they all sounded excellent! The electronic parts in the first 2 reminded me of The Postal Service or Digital Ash in a Digital Urn by Bright Eyes. If they're not doing anymore dates after this tour I think a late 2017 release is realistic.

That song he has out right now is really fun. I'm certainly excited for the record now.

They just posted a little update on Facebook and it suddenly hit me that their next record is absolutely my most anticipated album right now. It's weird, because there are other bands I'm more into that are coming out with stuff soon, but I'm just so excited to see what these guys do next

 

I don't listen to Dealer often because it's a huge bummer in a lot of ways but every time i do i think this might be one of the best bands to come out of this scene

 

If the new album has some songs that are a little more uptempo in pace I know it will be a top 3 for me.

Love dealer but it is a little slow on some play thrus

 

All these bands doing live albums and Foxing, one of the best live bands in this scene, is not one of them :/

 

I listen to dealer almost religiously

 

Buy their little elephant sessions on vinyl!

 

They might as well get another album's worth of material out there before doing a live album

 

they have an audiotree session too

 

Yea but wasn't Conor recovering from a broken nose and I don't think he's 100 percent in the sessions. Still good tho
