I was talking to Conor last night at the Smidley/MWY tour and he told me Foxing would be back at the Pyramid Scheme in the middle of next year. So, I'd look out for that.

He's always the nicest person. We were both gushing about MWY for like 5 minutes.

 

How were Smidley? Didn’t realize the tour was coming so close to me tomorrow so I picked up tickets real quick, first time seeing Smidley, second time at mwy

 

I cannot stop listening to this. I've thought that foxing was overhyped for the past five years but I think I've seen the light folks

foxing has been my favorite band for three years now but i gotta agree, nearer my god is the best song ive ever heard in my entire life.

 

I'm tired just from thinking about Conor's tour schedule. Petal too. I'd say the Menzingers but I'm not sure they're capable of being tired.

That song premiering on my birthday was such a treat. It means so much to me now, definitely a “right time right place” song for me. Not that I wouldn’t like it otherwise, but the lyrics hit especially hard over the past few months

the vocal melody of Nearer My God is really something special. great great song. it should be huge and everywhere.

 

Nearer my God is next level. It stood out the most my first listen and is still my favorite track

 

Finally reading into the lyrics more on genius, and the Slapstick Trump stuff just blew my mind holy god
