Basically my TL reveres those two albums are the standard for making “the leap” and this record does so much more than that

 

were they actually able to stay interesting for an entire record this time?

i think the second half of albatross drags and dealer is better throughout but there are still more points focused on the atmosphere than the actual songs and i don't think those parts are perfect enough to be totally worthwhile. great record still

 

But anyway my tweets and the last few posts express some of what this record sounds like - sonically it’s limitless and doesn’t adhere to one genre or vibe or pace

Harmlessness is a really great record. im mostly making it seem like im slandering it because i know Casey loves it and ive done this bit on him before.
