I choose to keep that thread on ignore, had bad, toxic encounters in there in the past and after the last one, I decided I no longer wanted to participate in it so I put it on ignore as I felt it was in the best interests for me and that thread. As for Daughters, that was literally the first time I was aware of that as I didn’t see any mention of it prior. I do appreciate it being pointed out to me though and I definitely will be more mindful of it going forward.
Gotcha honestly I’m a newer fan to the band(obviously now know he’s a pos when the news broke couple weeks back not so much), but wasn’t aware there was toxicity in there that’s unfortunate. Carry on brotha
I wound up with an extra wall flag of the album cover art (https://www.foxingtheband.com/products/704618-ddtm-wall-flag). It’s still sealed (and folded) in its original plastic. If anyone U.S. based wants it for $20, let me know!
the part of "If I Believed In Love" really starts to GO OFF is one of my favorite music moments of the year, they just fuckin go for it
i lose my mind every time "737" breaks down. legitimately feels like they're pulling you in to the depths of album. record just rocks.
Oddly enough, since I've loved most of this bands output, I was meh on this record when I first listened but the songs have definitely grown a lot on me and I have a much deeper appreciation for this record now.
real heads been knew about 737 but that’s why this is my album of the year by a margin so large you could fly a 737 through it
I was playing this regularly when it came out and have fallen in love with it again the last few weeks, reading some of the comments on YouTube and didn’t realize some people had such strange opinions about the style
Seeing these guys in their hometown on Wed opening for MO (if I can ever get over this freaking (non-covid) cold that is)
Took a (bad) picture of a king and his trumpet last night. Always impressed with how much energy Conor has on stage
