I'm glad I waited to hear Speak With the Dead in album context because holy shit it really hits home as the closer.

I looooove this song. All three have been hits for me. I’m so ready for this record.

 

I can't believe they just casually have Beacons and the title track in the back - both songs have an equal shot at being their biggest one. Lightning is a weird choice for a single in that respect but it absolutely rules.

 

Am I the only one who hears a little bit of The Killers influence in the verses
