Forum Software Upgrade

    After upgrading the server to use a newer version of PHP, I saw a few bugs that were due to using an earlier version of the core forum software. I've finished those upgrades and am now looking over the forum for any bugs that may still remain. Please let me know if you see any issues or problems.

    Sorry for taking down the site for most of today. Just wanted to get these changes done.
