granted some of these look SUUUUPER fake but these leaks and this site have been consistent when it comes to calling new content coming, namely skins, gamemodes, weapons like the Minigun, etc.

so im guessing either A) a few weapons are going to be vaulted, namely the burst rifle, regular pistol, revolver, possibly the pump shotgun and crossbow or B) the next update, maybe update 4.0, is going to be a big change that includes more inventory slots in addition to the leaked backpack consumable. either way looks like we wont be getting a drought anytime soon and im cool with that

also some new game modes are coming up soon one of them is "5x20" where 5 teams of 20 fight and that sounds pretty fun. the jetpack is going to be its own game mode as well it looks like

Played a game tonight where I was on 6 health within 10 seconds of dropping in and turned it into a 3rd place finish with 4 kills (had to go through tilted towers with 6 health and still got a kill!). Feel like I'm getting noticeably better - had more kills than games played tonight which is nice, I actually seek out firefights rather than avoid them now and it works out for me more often than not.

Every squad game I play from 2pm-5pm:

Mics activate - preteen is howling a top 100 radio song horribly out of tune

Said squeeker: (screams) “where are we landing you pussies?!?!

As we are free falling: “anyone have a mic? ANYONE HAVE A MIC?!??!?????”

No one answers.

“Fine you (insert homophobic slur)s I’ll just just win alone”

They land and immediately die.

This was what happened to me all weekend except they would announce Tilted Towers was where they would be landing then die 12 seconds later

 

its ether tilted towers or everyone just goes away from each other because everyone is trolls

also having this issue. the last game today i played was unplayable from the lag. i was honestly feeling a headache coming on. it seems to be getting worse over time and no i don't need the 101 on my modem/router etc, i'm not having this issue w other games.

I even got angry when we were playing one day and I was like DAMNIT LAG

 

Came home from work just now and my girlfriend is playing fortnite haha

 

In my last 3 games I got 2nd, 4th and 3rd. UGHHH

Did the same thing health wise (dropped in and landed on a tree, then slipped down and 5 health...). Did not get anywhere near 3rd though. Finished about 15th, but literally spent the whole time just running about trying to find health unsuccessfully and the first person that saw me killed me haha.

Granted it’ll be v hard to play with you as im on gmt but who knows

 

Mine was because I paid for my own hubris lol - my thing atm is to try and land immediately behind someone who has just opened a chest, steal the 1 weapon that comes out of it and kill them with it. It happens often for me at this weird set of rocks (that are just between salty springs and tilted towers on the map I think) where there is usually a chest at the highest point. I saw a guy landing at the chest and went in but he just grabbed the gun before me, so I had to jump off the cliff to escape

 

anyone got tips for me when I get around to playing this? haven't played in months
