From what I have seen its speculated that its: Samantha Which makes a ton of sense for the show to zag that way, when the obvious zig is there.
I like this one better of the two theories. Ilya being the KGB asset also feels like an obvious twist but makes sense considering his connections.
I love that I genuinely do not know how this is going to end going into this season's climatic mission. I keep thinking what if this mission fucks up and that asteroid hits Earth and everyone on Mars is just left up there? Or like what if it fucks up and hits one of Mars' poles triggering a terraforming process?
Trying to figure out how exactly Margo got to that meetup without being seen from her handlers like that? I feel like the Russians would have had her under surveillance pretty much her entire time in the States.
The ongoing Margo-Sergei storyline may be one of my favorites in the whole show. I hope it works out for them.
A bunch of critics were given eps 1-7 and all seemed to be saying this was the weakest season… I ain’t see it. I will say, I audibly laughed that Dev went full “we’re gonna steal… THE MOON!” from the Minions basically.
All of the logical suspects of who the CIA plant on Mars is are now working on the side of Dev's plot. They are going to get fucked over from the inside 100% Still thinking its Miles. I mean the one crucial piece if tech for their plot he is supposed to get goes "missing".
I mean obviously the earl seasons were fantastic, but I've honestly enjoyed each and every one so far. Just a great show all around, and probably Apple TV's best IMO (and yes, i know severance is awesome).
My hot take is Severance isn’t that great. But I agree this is their best. Slow Horses and Ted Lasso would round out my top 3.
I tried the first episode of Slow Horses and it was just.....too slow lol. Its sad, cuz on paper the show seems super interesting.
I could never get into The Expanse, so this is probably my favorite non-Star Trek space sci-fi series of it's type since Battlestar honestly
Haven’t read the Expanse books yet, but the show is solid, especially the first three seasons. I’d put it above Battlestar (although I know I’m in the minority for not really liking that one) and below For All Mankind.
As someone who isn't a big reader, and takes a while to get through books, The Expanse was so good as a show that it made me read through the books (which were also awesome). Too bad the show technically didn't cover all of the books though :(
Started over the weekend, 6 episodes into season 1 and its been a great time so far. Im hooked for sure.
