This local Mex joint by my house serves these things called molcajetes. Basically its steak, chicken, shrimp, cactus, onions, fresco and chorizo inside of this lava rock filled with a glorious broth that's about 10000 degrees and as big as my whole head.

One of my absolute favorite meals.
