    It's just the base. Just like some are vinegar based. I think the region most known for mustard based bbq's is the Carolina's.

    I had a couple donuts for breakfast, a filling lunch in the late afternoon, then dinner and it still wasn't enough. It kicked in around dinner time and didn't go away until this morning.

    The moral of the story isn't to eat more, it's that Tylenol is absolutely useless.

    If I'm not mistaken it's a mayo horseradish vinegar mix and it's awesome (though not for everything). Mustard bbq is best on actual bbq though.

    Vinegar based in the best in my book. I think that white bbq is absolutely disgusting. Mayo does not belong.

    Never had white BBQ sauce, but Dave Stone gave out a recipe for some on the Boogie Monster podcast a few weeks ago and I've been thinking about making some.

    Nah. Just a nice thing glaze over the ribs, let it cook on there. You can actually taste the meat and dry rub.
