Follow up to the story about chicken being in my broccoli and potatoes:

I ordered a pizza from Dominos and there was a lil tiny piece of pepperoni on it. Just like that chicken - small enough to almost not notice. This conspiracy is becoming city-wide. I can't. Its one thing when I sub it out and they forget, but when it's added to food I made myself or an order I customized like wtf is happening tbh!

 

Pretty sure the mafia is after you

My whole house smells like roast and I'm starving with 0 food. Torture.

Y'all the ice cream truck is back!!! And it is the awesome one with the milkshakes and ice cream cones and the cute dog!!! Too bad he is back to his evil ways and will drive down every road but mine taunting me with his song like a big meanie! I saw him when I took my dog for a walk and he was heading towards my road and then I watched him just drive right past it!! Why ice cream man? Why???

 

Much like unfrosted poptarts, I grew up thinking the ice cream truck was a myth propagated by television

 

I'm behind 10 cars right now in the Dutch bros drive thru.

 

i was going to say you should just start going into the store but then i remembered what dutch bros is. is the coffee really that good??

 

I went there today and it was crazy! Out into the street even tho there was a Starbucks and a local coffee shack around the corner

 

I was getting it as a final farewell gift to a co-worker since she loves Dutch bros so much.

 

The new one is such a small place but they are lucky they had an empty dirt lot next to it and that they can put all the cars to wait instead of going into the street.

 

This week I cooked twice

And ate at McDonald's, Popeye's, Chipotle, Buffalo Wild Wings, Taco Bueno, Target, and Wendy's

I'm not proud of my habits

 

It's been my fifth day since I stopped eating fast food and it's so damn hard.

I just bought McDonald's for my siblings and it was hard to pass up at least a mcchicken.

 

Coworkers ruin all my goals. I try to eat out once a week or less. But it's hard when it's like a bonding thing. I've been super busy with home visits and haven't been available around lunch time so that's helped me out lately. I still did it way too much this week. It's not even that I crave it, it is just such a social thing and I'm already a hermit enough as it is so i give in and join. Also my job is so exhausting mentally, physically, and emotionally that sometimes I say screw it and eat my feelings lol

 

Intuitive eating is going so well. I've lost 6 lbs just from eating slower. I've been eating not so healthy foods and am still losing.
